📍 Where Beauty Meets Concept Store: Olive Young, Seongsu Style
Located in the hip neighborhood of Seongsu-dong (aka “Seoul’s Brooklyn”), this Olive Young isn’t just a store — it’s an experience. Our team stopped by for what we thought would be a casual visit, and we ended up staying for hours, testing products, joining free consultations, and soaking in all the innovation this flagship had to offer.

1F – The Playground: Café, Product Highlights, & Interactive Fun
Your Olive Young adventure starts on the first floor — fittingly called “The Playground.”
Expect a unique blend of café culture meets beauty showroom here, with featured products, seasonal displays, occasional pop-ups, and even small activities you can engage with on the spot. It’s the perfect welcome into what feels more like a beauty theme park than your average shop.

2F – Beauty & Culture: Makeup, Fragrance, & Must-Try Free Services
This floor was our absolute favorite!
Everything is carefully curated and split into categories like:
- Lips, Eyes, Brows, and Base zones
- A sleek Perfume Library with niche and luxury scents
- A luxe section with premium brands like MAC, Benefit, and more
- A whole section just for Men, full of various products specifically made or men including a free Men’s Brow Bar consultation!

Choose one area (Lips / Eyes / Brows / Base) and get a 15-minute personalized consultation from a makeup artist. We tried the Lip & Base sessions and were blown away by how hands-on and helpful it was. The best part? After your mini makeover, a staff member will personally guide you through the store to find exactly what was used on you.

✍️ Hot & New Express: Custom Pouches
Design your own pouch by choosing cute patches, letters, or icons — and Olive Young embroiders it on the spot! Perfect as a souvenir or gift.
🎵 Oh, and K-pop fans?
There’s also a “K-pop Now” section with posters, merch, and albums of the hottest idols. Name a better combo.
3F – Skin & Wellness: Diagnostics, Spa Vibes, & Chill Spots
Step into a neutral-toned oasis — this is your self-care sanctuary.
The third floor is dedicated to skin, scalp, and wellness, and it’s packed with both favorites and under-the-radar finds.

All reservations are first come, first served, and must be made in person. Spots fill up very quick!
*For reference we went to sign up for the skin or scalp consultation around 10:50, and our spot was scheduled to be at 16:00-17:00
